Can I track my order?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from with information from the USPS tracking number.  If you selected USPS First Class Mail, the item will usually arrive between 2 to 5 days from shipping and if USPS Priority Mail was selected, then the item should arrive within 2 to 3 days of shipping. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. and Hawaii

How can I verify that the KN95 mask is FDA authorized?

You can check on the FDA website for our manufacturer and any manufacturer that is on the FDA's Emergency Use Authorization list. Once you copy and paste the link below, you can search for the list "Appendix A: Authorized Imported Non-NIOSH Approved Respirators Manufactured in China". The FDA updates this list from time-to-time.  Once you are at the list, enter into the search field "Guangzhou Nan Qi Xing" to verify that this manufacturer (or any manufacturer) is on the FDA list.
