Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you happen to experience a defect, which may happen on occasion, we will refund/replace the product at no cost to you (including original shipping/handling). Please email us at info@tenmasks.com with the request.
If you happen to change your mind after purchasing our masks, then we have a 14-day return policy on our masks. This return policy allows you to return the Product after obtaining a return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 14 day period following the date of shipment by TenMasks. If the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting us at info@tenmaks.com. The item must be received by us within 10 days after issuance of the RMA.
Shipping and handling charges if any, are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges to return the item and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit back to TenMasks. If you return the item to TenMasks (a) without a RMA, (b) beyond the 10 days RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, TenMasks retains the right to refuse delivery of such return. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.
